The location was perfect, just steps away from the beach and in the heart of the city. The room service was top-notch, and the staff made sure all our needs were met. The room itself was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we could ask for. We especially loved the in-room safe, mini-bar, and comfortable sitting area. The hotel also had a beautiful garden area where we could relax and enjoy the sunshine. we were very impressed with the quality of service and the attention to detail.

The rooms were not up-to-date and old furniture made us feel like we were in a rundown place. The cleanliness was not up to the mark as there were random insects and mosquitoes in our room.

Our family had a perfect vacation near a beautiful beach, with amazing hospitality, spacious and well-decorated rooms, and delicious food. the staff was always helpful and kind, and the breakfast had a lot of options. We loved the jacuzzi pool and the dinner arrangement that was done beautifully for us.

We faced water leakage from the toilet in our room, which was a bit disappointing.

With amazing staff and great hospitality, enjoyed the amazing rooms with incredible decor. the best part was that the staff was available to attend to us day and night. the food provided was delicious and of high, quality.
